About Barren County

Barren County High School is located in Glasgow in Barren County in south-central Kentucky. The school opened in 1977 following the consolidation of several smaller county high schools in Barren County. Serving students from across the rural county surrounding Glasgow, the Trojans boys basketball program competes in the Kentucky High School Athletic Association and represents a region where basketball has long been one of the most supported high school sports.
