About Bullitt Central

Bullitt Central High School is located in Shepherdsville in Bullitt County, Kentucky. The school opened in 1973 as part of the Bullitt County Public Schools system and serves communities in the central portion of the county south of Louisville. The Bullitt Central Cougars boys basketball program competes in the Kentucky High School Athletic Association and represents a growing suburban region of the Louisville metropolitan area.
