About Caverna

Caverna High School is located in Horse Cave in Hart County in south-central Kentucky near Mammoth Cave National Park. The school opened in 1955 as a consolidation of Cave City and Horse Cave high schools. Serving students from both communities, the Caverna Colonels boys basketball program competes in the Kentucky High School Athletic Association and represents a region known for tourism and agriculture.
