Dawson Springs High School historically served the city of Dawson Springs in Hopkins County in western Kentucky. The town developed as a mineral springs resort community in the late nineteenth century and later supported its own high school and athletic programs including boys basketball. The school eventually closed when Hopkins County consolidated its schools, with students later attending Hopkins County Central High School.
