About Franklin-Simpson

Franklin-Simpson High School is located in Franklin in Simpson County in south-central Kentucky near the Tennessee border. The school opened in 1974 following the merger of the Franklin Independent and Simpson County school systems. The Franklin-Simpson Wildcats boys basketball program competes in the Kentucky High School Athletic Association and represents the unified school system serving the Franklin community and surrounding rural areas.
