About Grayson County

Grayson County High School is located in Leitchfield in Grayson County in west-central Kentucky. The school opened in 1968 following consolidation of several community high schools throughout the county. The Grayson County Cougars boys basketball program competes in the Kentucky High School Athletic Association and represents communities across a largely rural county known for agriculture and its proximity to Rough River Lake and Nolin Lake.
