About Harrison County

Harrison County High School is located in Cynthiana in Harrison County in north-central Kentucky. The school opened in 1967 following consolidation of smaller county high schools. The Harrison County Thorobreds boys basketball program competes in the Kentucky High School Athletic Association and represents communities throughout the county in the Bluegrass region.
