About Jenkins

Jenkins High School is located in Jenkins in Letcher County in eastern Kentucky near the Virginia border. The school serves the Jenkins Independent School district and represents a historic coalfield community. The Jenkins Cavaliers boys basketball program competes in the Kentucky High School Athletic Association and reflects the strong basketball tradition of eastern Kentucky mountain schools.
