Explore Kentucky high school basketball teams
Letcher High School historically served the city of Whitesburg in Letcher County in eastern Kentucky. During the early and mid-twentieth century the school represented the county seat community in athletics including boys basketball. The school later closed when Letcher County consolidated its schools, with students eventually attending schools such as Whitesburg High School and later Letcher County Central High School when the county system unified in 2005.
