Martin County High School is located in Inez in Martin County, Kentucky. The school opened in 1963 following consolidation of several smaller schools across the county. The Martin County Cardinals boys basketball program competes in the Kentucky High School Athletic Association and represents communities across the Big Sandy River valley region of eastern Kentucky.
