About Menifee County

Menifee County High School is located in Frenchburg in Menifee County, Kentucky. The school opened in 1964 following the creation of Menifee County as Kentucky's newest county in 1869 and later consolidation of its smaller schools into a single county high school. The Menifee County Wildcats boys basketball program competes in the Kentucky High School Athletic Association and represents the rural Appalachian communities of the county.
