Millard High School served the Millard community near Pikeville in Pike County, Kentucky. The school operated through much of the twentieth century and fielded athletic teams including boys basketball representing the surrounding coalfield communities. Millard High School closed in 1987 when Pike County consolidated several schools to create Pike County Central High School.
