About Phelps

Phelps High School is located in Phelps in Pike County, Kentucky near the Kentucky-West Virginia border. The school serves the small coalfield communities along the Tug Fork valley. The Phelps Hornets boys basketball program competes in the KHSAA and represents one of the easternmost high schools in Kentucky.
