About Pikeville

Pikeville High School is located in Pikeville in Pike County, Kentucky and is part of the Pikeville Independent School District. The school serves the county seat and surrounding communities in the Appalachian coalfields. The Pikeville Panthers boys basketball program competes in the KHSAA and has historically been one of the strongest programs in eastern Kentucky.
