About Ballard

Ballard High School is located in Louisville in Jefferson County, Kentucky. Opened in 1968, the school serves the eastern portion of Jefferson County as part of Jefferson County Public Schools. The Ballard Bruins boys basketball program competes in the Kentucky High School Athletic Association and participates in the competitive Louisville-area basketball landscape, facing frequent matchups with other Jefferson County programs.
